Sinolink Properties Limited  ("Sinolink Properties") is a subsidiary of Sinolink Worldwide Holdings Limited (Stock Code:1168. HK), which focuses on properties development. It was established in March 1993 with a registered capital of RMB375 million.

Sinolink Garden, covering a total gross floor area of over 1 million square meters, had acquired the outstanding design award from the Ministry of Construction and was amongst the first awarded the “Modern Residential Districts” in Shenzhen. In 2000, Sinolink Garden was the only project recognized by the United Nations-endorsed International Awards for Livable Communities (LivCom) as a recommended residential community in Shenzhen. Sinolink Garden was also accredited the title of "The garden of the garden city" by the judges of LivCom.

Sinolink Properties is dedicated to enhancing the living standards of the community, upholding the business principle of "Building home in earnest and persevering with service". In 2001, Sinolink Properties successfully acquired the Mangrove West Coast development site situated at the prime location in Shenzhen overlooking the entire Shenzhen Bay. This prestigious residential development project was completed in 2005. It is currently for sale and continues to be well received at increasing prices.
