AprMangrove West Coast commenced its global sale.

2004

DecMangrove West Coast completed structural construction.

AugSinolink Garden IV - "The Oasis" commenced public sale.

AprMangrove West Coast invested US$30 million and collaborated with LG, Honeywell, Clipsal and CNHorray to form Asia's largest smart-home system in single residence community.

MarSinolink Properties Limited signed a CEPA agreement with Centaline Properties.

2003

DecShenzhen Sinolink Property Management Co. Ltd signed contract with an international organization called "Les Clef d' Or" and introduced its high quality service to Mangrove West Coast. Mangrove West Coast becomes the first community in China to adopt the "Les Clef d' Or" service.

MayMangrove West Coast hired the world largest structure engineering consulting firm "OVE ARUP & PARTNERs" from England as its external wall structure consultant. Mangrove West Coast became the first residential project which adopts window wall system in China.

MarMangrove West Coast commenced construction.

MarMangrove West Coast hired an American architectural master Bernado-Fort as the Chief Architect for Mangrove West Coast through a world competition.

2001

DecSinolink Properties Limited successfully acquired through public auction of a landmark site and subsequently named it as "Mangrove West Coast" in Shenzhen, China at a total considerations of RMB780 million of GFA 255,300 square meters.
