APPOINTMENT OF DIRECTOR
The board of directors (the "Board") of Sinolink Worldwide Holdings Limited (the "Company") announces that Mr. CHEUNG Wing Yui was appointed as independent non-executive director of the Company with effect from 13th September, 1999.
The Board would like to welcome Mr. CHEUNG to become an independent non-executive director of the Company.
