The board of directors (the "Board") of Sinolink Worldwide Holdings Limited (the "Company") noted the recent increases in the price and the trading volume of the shares of the Company and wish to clarify as below.

The Company has noted the recent increases in the price and the trading volume of the shares of the Company and wish to state that we are not aware of any reasons for such increases save as disclosed below.

The Company has made enquiries with the Board. We have been informed that:

1) the Company is gathering information in respect of the feasibility of the possible spin off of China Pan River Group Ltd. ("CPR Group"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company principally engaged in the production, transportation, storage, sale and distribution of liquid petroleum gas ("LPG") in the People's Republic of China ("PRC"), on the Growth Enterprises Market. The said proposal is at a very preliminary stage and the Company may or may not proceed with the proposal, further announcement will be made as appropriate;

2) CPR Group is discussing with a number of independent third parties on co-operation opportunities in the LPG businesses and no definite terms has been agreed upon thus far. The said discussion may or may not lead to any agreements, further announcement will be made as appropriate; and

3) The Company is currently studying the development of the undeveloped phases of its property development project, Sinolink Garden, in Shenzhen, the PPC into "smart-homes" community with high tech networking and functionality.

Save as disclosed above, we confirm that there are no negotiations or agreements relating to intended acquisitions or realisations which are discloseable under paragraph 3 of the Listing Agreement, neither is the Board aware of any matter discloseable under the general obligation imposed by paragraph 2 of the Listing Agreement, which is or may be of a price-sensitive nature.
