Requirements:
- Developing and implementing integrated communications and PR strategies
- Managing international and local media relations, including supervising local and overseas PR agencies
- Maintaining and managing relations with key stakeholders, including investors
- Providing communications and PR support to overall organization including producing Q&As, senior management speeches and statements to be used with key internal and external stakeholders
Requirements:
- University degree in related discipline;
- At least 5 years' media relations experience, preferably within finance or property sector;
- Strong presentation, problem solving, planning and organization skills;

- A mature, positive and flexible team player with a passion for excellence;
- Experience working in a multinational or listed company is highly regarded;

- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin) is mandatory.
Company Secretarial Officer
Requirements:
- Member of HKICS/ ICSA or above
- At least 5-6 years related working experience with solid exposure to listed companies
- Good knowledge of listing rules and regulations
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) with good interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Word and Chinese Word Processing
- Meticulous, hardworking, able to work independently under pressure
- Self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility
